At Barbershop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your grooming tools and products. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Ensure all products are in their original, unopened packaging and securely place them in a shipping box along with your printed return slip.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
